TAIS is a world-class psychometric assessment that identifies how we perform under pressure. TAIS is usually reserved for elite performers, such as professional sports teams, the Navy SEALs, and executives at some of the most successful companies.

These pros use TAIS to level up their performance. You get the competitive advantage of self-awareness to help you find the more sustainable and fulfilling career for you.

You will receive a comprehensive report that identifies how you perform under pressure. As a certified TAIS coach, we will spend the first session going through your report to make sure it feels good.

Strengths & Blind spots

Session 2

In session 2, we build a list of your unique strengths and blind spots using a combination of TAIS data and your lived experiences. These strengths and blind spots will help you be able to answer interview questions like "What makes you great?" and "What are your weaknesses?"

We will create a list of tangible strengths that will help you identify what kind of job is best suited for you, and the ability to confidently share what makes you a great fit in interviews. We will work on mastering your strengths so that you can harness their power.

Identify your ideal environment

Session 3

Instead of focusing on simply what you like vs what you don't like, we will get deeper into what is the most sustainable environment for you to perform in. We will identify the conditions that you NEED to have and the things you NEED to avoid.

This will empower you to know what kind of environment you will work best in and how to identify if a potential work place will work out.

Knowing your need to haves and need to avoids will also help you in future workplaces – you will know when it's time to move on when you are unable to get what you need. Staying in a place full of the things you need to avoid leads to burn out.

Applying for jobs & mock interview

Session 5

With your updated resume, we will look at a real, current job posting and walk through how to tailor your resume and best practices for applying to jobs.

We will spend most of this session going through a mock interview. Feedback will be provided afterwards.

Once these five sessions are complete, it is up to you if you would like to continue coaching. In these additional coaching sessions, the topic is up to you – where you want to dig deeper into the TAIS results, or general performance, decision making, or applying for jobs.

How does this assessment help me get a job?

Self-awareness is one of the most important things when searching for a fulfilling job. The assessment is the best at identifying your strengths, blind spots, and what aspects you need to thrive.

Am I guaranteed to get a job?

No. This process will help you become more self-aware and will level up your resume, application and interview skills. You will not be referred to a job directly, this is not a recruiting process, and it is not guaranteed you will get a job.

Can I do other coaching after this process finishes?

Absolutely! TAIS is helpful in a multitude of ways, and career counselling is just one of them. TAIS and subsequent coaching can be a game changer for personal development, communication between partners, hiring, and team connection.

How much does this cost?

It depends on if you want to choose a package or pay-as-you-go. Here's some more information!

Will I get a refund if I don't get a job?

Once you have the TAIS assessment, no refunds will be given. However, if you are unhappy with your service, we will absolutely explore ways to make sure you feel good about our time together.

Hello! I'm Maryl

As a certified TAIS consultant and ICF Associated Certified Coach with the ICF, I am here to help you find the job that enriches your life and leaves you with energy at the end of the day.

My passion for helping people find where they fit stems from a lifetime of not knowing where I belonged.

With too many interests to count, I have never felt like I had a clear pathway. When I went through the TAIS process in 2017, I realized that passion was not what defined a fulfilling career. Once I adjusted my environment to match my profile, my stress decreased, my productivity increased, and my confidence was at an all-time high.

I began studying how to find the right job using TAIS and have helped countless job seekers and students harness self-awareness to ready themselves for their ideal career.

While I don't exclusively work with job-seekers, I am honoured to be able to bring TAIS to a group of people that deserves to find where they fit.
