How Does It Work?

TAIS is done online from the comfort of your own home. There are no bad profiles and no wrong answers.
➡️ Meet With Your TAIS Coach
Meet with your coach remotely to dissect the data. There is no goal that we can't tackle together.
➡️ Check Ins
Accountability through check-ins is an essential part of the process. Some change occurs naturally by understanding yourself and being able to recognize blind spots without shame. Other changes require ongoing and intentional work and reflection. Check in sessions at your convenience.
